I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS NODE IS BEING PRE-PURCHASED DURING A PRE-SALE PERIOD. THE AULT BLOCKCHAIN, NODE, AND ANCILLARY SOFTWARE ARE NOT YET FULLY DEVELOPED OR OPERATIONAL. THERE IS A RISK SOME OR NONE OF THIS SOFTWARE WILL EVER BE FULLY DEVELOPED, RELEASED, OR OPERATE AS INTENDED. I UNDERSTAND MY NODE WILL BE DELIVERED LATER, ON AN UNDETERMINED DATE. ALTHOUGH I WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL IF THE NODE (AS DEFINED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS) IS NOT DELIVERED AT LEAST SIX MONTHS FROM MY PURCHASE, NO REFUNDS ARE OTHERWISE AVAILABLE, INCLUDING DURING THE PRE-SALE PERIOD.

If Purchaser is a natural person, I am of legal age to enter into valid, binding contracts; I have due authority to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and these Acknowledgements; I am not in a country or region that prohibits the purchase the node software; and I am not barred by the Office of Foreign Assets Control from doing business in the U.S.

I understand that I am in control of my blockchain node software and app. The purchase of my node does not grant me any interest in Ault DAO LLC whatsoever. The node will not execute any action, or series of actions, without my instructions.

Cutting-Edge Technology & Risks

I understand that blockchain technologies are cutting edge and experimental, and that there are numerous risks involved, including but not limited to market, technology, legislative and regulatory risks. The node software, the blockchain, the wallet, all related services, apps, and technologies may not be developed; may be delayed; or may not work as intended when released.

No Seller Distribution of Rewards

I understand that any digital asset rewards my node may earn will be distributed by Ault Blockchain and not directly by Ault DAO LLC. I am not relying on Ault DAO LLC for further efforts to develop Ault Blockchain, support my node(s), pay blockchain or digital rewards, or perform any other action.

I understand that the technology required to produce digital rewards may not yet be complete. My blockchain node software may not earn rewards for an extended period of time, and, if the technology is never successfully developed, I may never earn rewards.

I certify that no person acting or appearing to act on behalf of the seller of my blockchain node software has told me that I will earn digital asset rewards that will have liquidity, value, or otherwise create a profit opportunity for me. If I am relying on any such representations, I will not sign this acknowledgment and I will not complete this transaction. I understand these acknowledgements control over any other representations made by any other person.

Node Cap & Dilution Notice

I understand the maximum supply is planned to be 1,000,000 nodes, 500,000 of which are owned by an affiliate of the seller. This dilutes reward distributions from the genesis of Ault Blockchain.

No Refunds; Transfer Restrictions

I understand my blockchain node software purchase is non-refundable. My node license is non-transferrable for at least twenty-four (24) months and any transfer or assignment must comply with requirements that have yet to be published by Ault DAO LLC.

Electronic Signature Agreement

I agree that my electronic signature appearing on this agreement is the same as my handwritten signature for the purpose of validity, enforceability, and admissibility. I further agree that no certification or verification is necessary to validate my electronic signature and the lack of such certification or third-party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of my electronic signature or any resulting contract.

IF ANY PERSON SUGGESTED YOU COULD MAKE A PROFIT FROM THE DIGITAL REWARDS EARNED BY THE BLOCKCHAIN NODE SOFTWARE YOU ARE PURCHASING, PLEASE STOP AND DO THE FOLLOWING: 1) notify us of the name of the person and what you were told and 2) only complete your purchase if you understand that the acknowledgements above may directly contradict such representations and the acknowledgements above control over such representations.
